Paul Hess is an associate in the business litigation and product liability practice groups. Paul has experience crafting arguments to support clients' positions across a variety of complex legal issues.
Paul has assisted clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-answer motions to preparing the case-in-chief at trial. He has experience working on large contract dispute matters and high-stakes product liability actions. Paul understands that advocacy at every stage of litigation is key to his clients' success, from detailed discovery and analysis of the facts, to countering opponents' legal arguments in pre-trial motions, to meticulous trial preparation. Paul has had success in getting claims dismissed at the initial stages of litigation.
Paul earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, earning Order of the Woolsack honors. During law school, Paul served as an editor for ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law and clerked at a personal injury firm.
