Sarah counsels businesses on effective strategies for resolving difficult and complex scenarios.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a commercial litigation associate at firms in New York and Connecticut. In those roles, she represented companies in federal and state court in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, civil RICO, and other complex commercial litigation.
She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court, where she researched and drafted memoranda of decision on a variety of civil litigation matters.
Sarah obtained her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
