Labor & Employment Update for Government Contractors: A Look Back at FY 2024 and Forward for FY 2025

Webinar

This session will provide an overview of recent changes in the labor-and-employment compliance landscape for Government contractors. The webinar will open with an overview of how the Government and others have sought to enforce existing laws and cases that may impact contractors’ application of existing labor-and-employment rules, including no-poach agreements, confidentiality of EEO-1 reports, and employee payments under the Service Contract Act. It will also discuss some of the new rules that became effective in Fiscal Year 2024, including the updates to the Davis-Bacon Act regulations, use of project labor agreements, and non-displacement of qualified workers, as well as some proposed rules. The program will conclude with an overview of some Federal agency guidance and programs relevant to labor-and-employment issues and what to expect for FY 2025.
