Ryan Russell Kemper, Paul Sonderegger Named to 2024 Environmental Law Power List

For the third year in a row, Ryan Russell Kemper and Paul Sonderegger have been named to the Missouri Lawyers Weekly Power List for Environmental Law. The 2024 list highlights practitioners from across the state who represent energy and utility companies in securing easements for power transmission lines, negotiating mergers and acquisitions or defending against consumer and class action suits.

Ryan has a diverse practice related to air, water, land, energy, agriculture, emergency response and climate issues. He is co-chair of Thompson Coburn's Environmental Law group and has successfully handled cases across the country under the full spectrum of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.

Paul is a litigator and regulatory compliance attorney who has resolved environmental, real estate and construction disputes in state and federal courts. He is co-chair of Thompson Coburn's Environmental Law group and is a former chair of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Environmental & Conservation Law Committee.
