Brigitte represents financial institutions, corporations, fiduciaries, and individuals in a variety of state and federal court actions.
Brigitte's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, business torts, fraud, creditor priority disputes, foreclosures, and judgment enforcement proceedings. Brigitte also has experience in bankruptcy litigations, having prosecuted fraudulent transfer claims on behalf of trustees and corporations in adversary proceedings.
While in law school, Brigitte served as a Senior Staff Member of the St. John's Law Review and was a St. Thomas More Scholarship recipient. Brigitte also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan S. Trust, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
