Danny assists clients in litigation matters at the state and federal levels.
As a member of trial teams for complex commercial and class action litigation, Danny assists with all facets of the discovery process, drafting dispositive motions, legal research, client communications, and expert discovery. Danny also coordinates and supervises other firm associates providing pro bono assistance to litigants in landlord-tenant cases through the firm's partnership with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
While at law school, Danny completed internships with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois and the Missouri State Public Defender. At those internships, he worked on motions, led two sentencing hearings, and assisted as a second chair during trial. Danny comes from a banking and logistics background. Before pursuing law school,
Danny worked for several years as a sales support officer for a large regional bank in the Pacific Northwest and as an inventory analyst for an industrial manufacturer.
