Jayci is a member of the Litigation Group and represents clients in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, personal injury and railroad litigation.
She routinely handles all aspects of civil litigation defense including drafting pleadings, discovery documents and pre-trial motions, as well as conducting and defending depositions. In addition to her product liability and toxic tort practice, Jayci also performs legal research on behalf of defendants in work-related personal injury cases under the FELA.
Jayci earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She served as Editor in Chief of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal and worked as a civil procedure research assistant and constitutional law teaching assistant. Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Jayci completed judicial externships for both the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court.
