Jeremy counsels corporate management and HR directors on all matters of labor and employment law. He provides tailored solutions for employers on how to comply with legislation and best practices to ensure compliance with constantly evolving local, state, and federal laws.
In addition to constructing and revising workplace handbooks and policies to address new and developing legal requirements and drafting any employment letters, notices, or agreements that his clients may need, Jeremy also represents clients in litigatory, arbitration, and traditional labor matters.
Jeremy is admitted to practice law in both Illinois and California. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was a senior editor for the Washington University Law Review and a recipient of a student Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. Jeremy received his B.A. in Economics from the College of Wooster, where he played on the tennis team and co-founded the Economics Club.
