Julianne is a passionate litigator who advocates for her clients with creativity and finesse.
Julianne has successfully represented businesses across a variety of industries, including food and hospitality, tech, and manufacturing, in a wide range of business litigation matters, such as business divorce, shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of restrictive covenant, theft of trade secrets, business tort, real and personal property disputes, and breach of contract, to name a few. In addition to the traditional litigation process, she has a wealth of experience with alternative dispute resolution, negotiation of complex settlements, and the appellate process.
Julianne believes that her role as an attorney is not just to study and apply the law but also to be mindful of the overall direction of her client's business. Accordingly, Julianne works closely with her clients to maintain open communication and tailor her strategies to their personal and professional goals.
Julianne is a born and raised Michigander who spends her free time cheering for the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit sports teams. Since moving to Chicago, however, she has fallen in love with the city and enjoys trying new restaurants, walking the lakefront, and even rooting for the Cubs.
