In his civil litigation practice, Justin Allen helps clients navigate complex commercial and intellectual property disputes.
His experience includes representing businesses in state and federal court in disputes including breach of contract claims, misappropriation of proprietary information/company property, tortious interference with contracts and opportunities, and breach of fiduciary duties. He has also represented software technology patent holders in patent infringement litigation against global corporations. Justin's work has spanned industries including financial services, technology, real estate, and manufacturing, among others.
Justin previously was a litigator at firms in Waco and Dallas, handling all aspects of civil litigation at the trial level. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-filing investigation to post-trial briefing.
