Nathan is committed to helping his clients protect some of their most valuable assets whether it be through intellectual property counseling or in litigation.

Nathan works with clients in developing comprehensive strategies for protecting their key intellectual property assets, including advising clients regarding preparing and prosecuting patent applications both domestically and internationally. He works with clients to develop and implement strategies to protect their innovations using both short-term and long-term tools to seek the best results for their business.

On the litigation side, Nathan has deep experience representing plaintiffs and defendants primarily in federal litigation and before arbitration and administrative bodies. He has experience in a wide range of IP disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret cases, representing large and small companies alike across a variety of industries and technologies, including telecommunications, biotechnology, consumer electronics, and sporting goods. He also steps up to help clients involved in other complex litigation matters, such as antitrust litigation or other business disputes.

Nathan earned his J.D. at Duke University School of Law, where he was Research Editor of the Duke Law Journal and an officer of the Intellectual Property and Cyberlaw Society.
