Ron Haglof's practice with the firm includes substantial experience in privately negotiated acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, including transactions requiring prior notification to the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. He has represented all kinds of parties with an interest in a distressed business, including debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and investors, and has assisted those parties in the successful completion of sales, reorganizations and workouts. He also counsels closely held corporations in connection with their formation, financing and planning issues, and has experience in a broad range of corporate law topics, including commercial finance, real estate, and trademark and copyright issues.
Ron focuses his practice on mergers, acquisition and reorganizations, Clayton Act compliance and issues related to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
