Taylor counsels health care clients with respect to day-to-day regulatory and operational compliance, contracting, and transactional matters.
Taylor’s clients include health systems, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers. Her practice focuses on providing advice on federal and state regulatory, operational, and compliance matters. Taylor thoroughly understands the regulatory and compliance issues affecting health care providers, including federal and state laws related to licensing and accreditation, data and information privacy, scope of practice, telemedicine, fraud and abuse, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
Taylor has experience assisting large-scale health care clients in preparing and implementing multi-jurisdictional guidance with various regulatory and compliance components. She also assists clients in negotiating vendor, business associate, and clinical trial agreements, as well as conducting due diligence and preparing regulatory filings in transactional matters.
