Viviana is a versatile litigator who solves complex business and commercial disputes for emerging companies and national corporations alike. Her work spans a variety of industries and involves diverse legal issues from business, complex commercial, and real estate disputes to trade secret theft and consumer class action defense.
Viviana represents clients in civil disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and trade secret theft as well as represents clients in free speech and real estate disputes.
Viviana’s practice also includes representing clients in consumer class actions alleging unfair and deceptive practices and false advertising relating to customer agreements and media advertising.
Undaunted by a courtroom, Viviana prosecutes and defends multidistrict litigation and matters pending in federal, state, and appellate courts. Viviana also counsels individuals and businesses on such matters as liability exposure, contractual safeguards, and methods for mitigating damages.
