We provide value to our clients through technical knowledge, significant legal experience, high efficiency and communication. Our aim is to assist our clients in protecting their innovations from conception through commercialization and beyond. At the same time, we strive to develop IP strategies that mesh seamlessly with our clients’ business strategies. We understand the science behind our clients’ innovations, and we know the industries in which they operate. Our sophisticated team of legal professionals includes several individuals with advanced technical degrees and with prior industry experience. Our collective knowledge and experience spans a variety of disciplines including:
Within these disciplines, we provide a full range of intellectual property services. We prepare and prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent Office, and in foreign patent offices through our network of foreign law firms. Additionally, we provide our clients with skillful support in trademark procurement and protection, licensing and technology transfer, due diligence studies, validity and infringement related opinions, and freedom to operate opinions. While we aim to prevent costly IP disputes, should they arise, our litigators are highly experienced in handling complex IP litigation both in district and appellate courts and at the patent office. Moreover, as a full-service firm, our expanded legal teams can deliver nearly any legal service our clients may require. This includes environmental matters (including FIFRA), government contracts, transactional matters, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment matters, health care, product liability, real estate and tax law.
