In March, Congress passed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), providing employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specific reasons related to COVID-19. In this webinar, Thompson Coburn’s Labor & Employment team will cover an overview of FFCRA, as well as the current status of the ever-changing regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Labor. Additionally, the panel will discuss state-specific issues, including state laws expanding FFCRA coverage and additional paid sick leave considerations.
