On June 23, 2022, the U.S. Department of Education released its much anticipated proposal for revising its Title IX rule. We invite you to join us for a special, 2-hour webinar on July 7, 2022, during which we will discuss the rule in detail, highlight significant changes, and suggest opportunities for public comment. The discussion will be led by Aaron Lacey, the Chair of our Higher Education Practice, and include attorneys Scott Goldschmidt and Stephanie Cohan. In the interim, we invite institutions to download a redline we created that shows the proposed revisions to the current regulation. The redline can be downloaded here.
