Digital marketing shares its DNA with traditional marketing, but is subject to unique legal considerations. Thompson Coburn partner Mark Sableman calls these considerations “internet law twists,” hence the name of his popular blog, Internet Law Twists & Turns. Mark will be present on this topic on April 13 at the 2017 Midwest Digital Media Conference, where he will use his session “The Internet Law Twists of Digital Marketing,” to detail the top legal risk areas for online marketing, including special rules for advertising, endorsements, and electronic contracts.
Mark focuses his practice on helping his clients protect and use information technology, and conduct business in the online world.
Held annually in St. Louis, the Midwest Digital Media Conference draws over 1,300 marketers from across the country to gain knowledge from over 50 speakers, during its two day conference.
Mark’s presentation will be available through Thompson Coburn’s TCLE program at a later time.
