Jennifer Post named to LA500

In its July 30 issue, the Los Angeles Business Journal named Jennifer Post to the LA500, a list of the Most Influential People in Los Angeles.
The third edition of LA500 "reflects a comprehensive process of research, reporting and discernment that examined a community of millions and found 500 people whose contributions to the community of business in Los Angeles County merit inclusion on this exclusive annual list."
Jennifer was one of only 35 attorneys included on the list. Other notable people on the list include Elon Musk, Earvin "Magic" Johnson, Sheryl Sandberg, Mayor Eric Garcetti, Ellen DeGeneres and Kobe Bryant.
Jennifer serves as primary outside counsel to a variety of individuals, institutions and companies, including entrepreneurs, startups and investors, as well as domestic and international public companies. She also represents investment entities including venture capital firms in their formation, fundraising efforts, governance and maintenance, as well as their transactions with emerging companies including complex investment structures, exit transactions and restructurings.
