As 2021 gets underway, Thompson Coburn has created a brand-new brochure, “Building a Path Forward: Diversity & Inclusion Ideas for Companies.” This document includes initiatives and activities from our Firm’s award-winning D&I program, which organizations can use for inspiration in the creation or expansion of their own D&I programs, no matter where you are in that effort: Beginner/Limited Budget; Established/Moderate Budget; or Advanced/Full Budget.
It contains checklists for every level of D&I program, numerous examples of internal and external initiatives and programming, and even a sample job description for a D&I Coordinator.
In a time when it’s more important than ever for us to create workplaces where people from all backgrounds and experiences feel valued, included, and supported, we hope you find some great ideas here for your organization.
If you have any questions about this brochure or would like tips for how to implement these ideas, please feel free to contact Norma Jackson, Thompson Coburn’s Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Professional Development.
We wish you a safe, healthy, and inclusive new year!
