Dallas partner Jasmine Wynton has been selected to receive the Hon. Cleo R. Steele Committed Mentor Award from the J.L. Turner Legal Association (JLTLA).
The award recognizes the outstanding contributions of mentors and encourages the continuation of peer guidance. Jasmine will be recognized at JLTLA’s L.A. Bedford Awards Luncheon on August 15.
JLTLA is the African-American bar association in Dallas and is an affiliate of the National Bar Association. Its mission is to improve quality of life in the community through education, service and scholarship.
Jasmine is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on high-stakes business litigation, employment law, and white-collar criminal defense. She has been a longtime supporter of JLTLA and is a past director of its board. She is dedicated to mentoring young diverse lawyers and law students. She is especially passionate about helping the next generation become effective legal writers and pursue judicial clerkships.
