Bethany is serving as Risk Management Counsel at the Firm. She actively assists with new client openings, compliance with the rules of ethics and helps the Firm implement effective loss prevention protocols.
Bethany's work involves utilizing her knowledge of legal/ethical issues to safeguard the Firm's clients and attorneys to ensure planned conduct complies with legal ethical rules and other applicable laws.
Bethany collaborates with the Firm's general counsel and assistant general counsel to help ensure newly hired attorneys transition into their roles within the firm smoothly. She identifies actual and potential conflicts of interest between new and existing firm clients and Firm employees and works through any ethical issues that may arise. Bethany reviews external marketing content and collateral to maintain compliance with ethical rules.
Prior to joining the firm, Bethany gained valuable experience at a Family Law Firm where she represented clients in diverse domestic relations cases. Outside the legal realm, Bethany enjoys exploring new destinations and providing mentorship through college readiness initiatives.
