Crystal has years of experience defending large corporations in civil litigation.
As a member of the Firm's Railroad practice, she has advocated for major railroads and other corporations in cases involving personal injury, contract, property damage, class actions and administrative matters. She has second-chaired multiple trials in Missouri state courts that have resulted in defense verdicts, and has handled appeals in Illinois, Missouri and the Eighth and Seventh Federal Circuits.
Crystal's experience in preparing complex trial motions and briefs has solidified her position as a skilled appellate attorney in the Firm. She uses her capabilities for researching complex or novel issues of law to ensure her clients are uniquely positioned for success during difficult matters.
