Hadi has experience in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial support. Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Hadi served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Scott O. Wright, United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
