Henry's tax practice work emphasizes partnerships, limited liability companies and nonprofit organizations. He also has primary responsibility within the Firm for all tax matters in the area of public finance, including arbitrage rebate computation services.
He has lectured at many tax and municipal bond meetings (including the annual National Association of Bond Lawyers Arbitrage and Tax Seminars and Bond Attorney Workshops). In addition, Henry is a member of the Tax Exempt Financing Committee of the American Bar Association Tax Section and has served as its Important Developments chair and Private Activity Bond Test chair, as well as secretary. He has also served as member of the Committee on Opinions of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
