Jeff's distinct experience with both transactional and litigation-based commercial real estate allows him to advise on a wide range of industry-related issues.
Specifically, Jeff's real estate finance practice involves both lender and borrower representation in all facets of complex loan transactions, including construction lending, acquisition financing, commercial financing, asset-based lending, and operating loans across the country. This lending experience is complimented by Jeff's litigation background in commercial mortgage foreclosure actions, and related workout, breach of contract action, and post-judgment collection matters.
Jeff regularly represents industry professionals in their acquisitions and dispositions across all commercial real estate asset types. He represents both landlords and tenants in a wide range of lease transactions on a national scale.
