Jen oversees all of the Firm's human resources policies, programs, and services, ensuring Thompson Coburn provides a motivating, diverse, and inclusive work environment for our 750 employees.
Jen is SPHR-certified and over her career has developed extensive experience in all aspects of HR. She provides leadership and strategic vision on the Firm's HR policies to ensure they maximize client service and comply with federal and state regulations and laws.
Jen works closely with the Firm's chief operating officer and chief financial officer on the design, implementation and administration of all employee benefit plans, including health and welfare, 401(k), and the Firm's award-winning wellness program, Healthy by Design.
She also collaborates with the head of each administrative department on performance reviews and annual compensation budgets, and facilitates frequent internal pay equity studies. Jen's department leads recruitment initiatives for administrative staff and works to develop integrative strategies and education programs that promote a diverse and inclusive environment.
