Working directly with clients and attorneys, Jennifer oversees a number of complex application processes for employers and their employees.
In her role, Jennifer serves a wide spectrum of businesses and individuals, helping them obtain temporary H-1B and L-1 work authorizations for foreign national employees, preparing both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, and assisting companies sponsoring employees to become lawful permanent residents through the use of green cards. Having worked with our labor & employment practice for over a decade, Jennifer is familiar with every step of this highly-regulated process, from initial filing to acquiring residency extensions.
In addition to supporting the needs of our clients' employees, Jennifer assists with filing applications to obtain work authorizations for employees' dependent family members.
