As a real estate tax assessment paralegal, Molly assists attorneys in the management and appeal of over 1,600 properties in Cook County, Illinois and the surrounding area.
Her responsibilities include complaint preparation at both the Cook County Assessor and Board of Review levels of appeal, as well as the research and compilation of evidence needed to form a basis for tax relief for over 400 properties. She also manages those properties that have been granted relief through the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board to ensure the efficient and timely receipt of client refunds. In addition, she conducts the analysis and calculation of client fees resulting from Property Tax Appeal Board and Cook County Circuit Court refunds. Molly monitors client document requests and compliance of administrative deadlines.
