Nick assists clients in a variety of commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
He has worked on a broad array of matters, including appeals, complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, contract disputes, class actions, and white collar criminal investigations. Nick works in all phases of litigation, conducting legal research, managing e-discovery, and drafting briefs.
Nick began his career as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Kathryn Vratil (D. Kan). At the University of Iowa College of Law, Nick received multiple awards for his legal writing and other academic accomplishments, served as the Senior Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, and participated on the University of Iowa's National Moot Court team. He graduated with honors and was named to the Order of Coif.
