As a real estate tax assessment senior paralegal, Quianna performs a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to, contesting real estate tax assessments on behalf of clients by filing complaints with the Cook County Assessor's Office, the Cook County Board of Review, the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeals Board and in the Circuit Court in the form of specific tax objections.
She also assists attorneys in the management and appeal of over 1,600 properties covering the entire spectrum of real estate including Downtown Chicago office buildings, shopping centers, steel plants and other industrial facilities, landfills, motels, nursing homes, apartment buildings, housing projects, condominiums, exempt properties and vacant land and/or ongoing construction projects in need of interim relief.
