Our e-Discovery team includes information technology professionals who work full-time with our lawyers in managing e-discovery and in developing creative and cost-effective e-discovery solutions for our clients.
Our Client Technology Services department, staffed with IT professionals, brings together e-Discovery managers and technicians, software resources tailored to business litigation e-discovery needs, and extensive processing capacity.
Our IT professionals are integrated into our e-Discovery team, working closely with our lawyers at all stages. By bringing the IT team into cases early, often as part of interviews with clients regarding the nature and organization of their ESI, we can help make sure that the right questions are asked from the beginning and that ESI is preserved, copied, searched, and produced in the most effective and efficient manner.
Our internal IT capabilities allow us the flexibility to respond quickly with innovative solutions to any e-discovery issues that may arise. While we often can meet client needs solely with our internal capabilities, we also partner with outside vendors when necessary or when determined to be cost-effective. Our technical experience allows us to negotiate services with software vendors for optimum performance and value. Our experience also allows us to select a suitable vendor for each client’s and each case’s needs.
