The firm is pleased to announce that Jarrod Sharp has joined the firm as Counsel in the Real Estate practice in the St. Louis office. Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, he worked at Armstrong Teasdale LLP in its Business Services practice group.
Jarrod handles complex business and real estate transactions and tax credit projects. He represents insurance companies, banks, and other lenders and borrowers in construction, real estate, asset-based, non-recourse, secured, unsecured and securitized loan transactions. He also has experience managing all aspects of asset sales, acquisitions and leases.
Jarrod earned his J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2001, and he was a staff editor at the Saint Louis University Law Journal. While earning his law degree, Jarrod served as an intern to The Honorable Lawrence E. Mooney, Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998.
