Thompson Coburn earns 12 national top-tier rankings in U.S. News ‘Best Law Firms’ survey

Thompson Coburn earned 12 national first-tier rankings in the 2018 U.S. News “Best Law Firms” survey (by BL Rankings). The firm earned another 57 city-specific first-tier rankings for Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis and Washington, D.C.

Rankings compiled by U.S. News came from an extensive, large-scale survey of thousands of law firm clients and law firm professionals and associates. Almost 14,000 firms were reviewed and over 13,000 attorneys provided 1 million law firm assessments. Firms which participated received recognition for maintaining professional consistency from firm clients and peers. Firms which received national top-tier rankings showcased “the high level of respect a firm has earned among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and the same practice areas for its abilities, its professionalism, and its integrity” according to the survey.
