Michele Kloeppel, Fred Strasheim Named to M&A POWER List

Thompson Coburn partners Michele Kloeppel and Fred Strasheim have been named to the Missouri Lawyers Media Mergers & Acquisitions 2024 Power List. Michele is co-chair of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group and serves on the firm's Management Committee. She acts as a key corporate securities and compliance advisor to public and private companies. A former in-house attorney, she keenly understands the pressures facing general counsel and their executives and provides practical, succinct advice on a range of corporate and transactional matters.

Nationally recognized for his M&A transactional experience, Fred is co-chair of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on areas of corporate and transactional law including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, commercial law and general corporate representation.
