Michael Rosenblum Named to Top 100 Lawyers of Los Angeles for 2024

Thompson Coburn partner Michael Rosenblum was named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2024 “Top 100 Lawyers of Los Angeles” list, which highlights the accomplishments of the city’s most impactful lawyers.
“Few attorneys can match Michael Rosenblum’s caliber of experience in corporate law, particularly in the cannabis space. Since 2014, Rosenblum has handled over $2 billion in M&A, private equity and emerging company representation, including an in-house role at Goldman Sachs’ global headquarters in New York where he negotiated complex transactions on behalf of its trading desks,” the publication states. “Having represented cannabis companies since 2017, Rosenblum most recently served as general counsel of STIIIZY Inc., the largest cannabis company in California and the top-selling cannabis brand in the country. Rosenblum played a leading role negotiating and successfully closing transactions valued at over $500 million.”
