Thompson Coburn’s sophisticated in-house technology resources allow us to operate globally to meet clients’ immigration objectives and project-specific goals. We use the specialized Web-based case management and calendaring system, INSZoom, to maximize efficiency and track the various deadlines for foreign workers and their family members. Consistent with our goal of providing prompt, thorough and client-friendly service, we make TCDirect available to our immigration clients.
TCDirect is an extranet Web service, developed and maintained in-house by our IT staff, as a client service tool offered at no additional cost. TCDirect presents an efficient and highly secure method of exchanging documents and information and provides clients on-demand, 24/7 Web access for up-to-the-moment status on any case. The system allows us to customize reports to meet particular client needs and provides access to documents as they become available. If desired, we can arrange for email notification as new documents or information are posted.
In response to the increase in worksite investigations, we have expanded TCDirect to provide electronic Public Access files. Electronic Public Access files allow easy retention and quick access to immigration documents, as required by H-1B regulations.
